Business Litigation Committee
A panel presentation that includes a highly experienced Economic Damages Expert, a trial lawyer and Complex Business Court Judge speaking on issues a litigation may consider in presenting expert testimony on economic damages. The issues will include elements of Daubert requirements that may be addressed by the litigator before their expert’s report is completed and before their expert’s deposition is taken. The presentation is based on a composite of actual cases.
